Q: How can I obtain product samples?

Please contact us to inquire about product samples. We provide samples free of charge if the total value of the requested sample(s) is less than $5 USD, you only need to pay for shipping. For larger sample requests, where the total value of the sample(s) is greater than $5 USD, you will need to pay for both the product and shipping costs. After receiving your payment, we'll send the product sample(s) to you. If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or, send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

Q: What will the shipping charge be for my samples?

The specific shipping costs will be determined by the quantity, weight, container size and your geographic location. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Q: How can get I get a price list for all products?

Please contact us by e-mail or fax for our full price list and ordering information.

Q: Can our logo or company name be printed on any of your products?

Yes! We can put your logo or company name onto most of our products using industry-standard silk screen printing. The minimum order quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units for most of our products. We're ready to accept your logo or graphics by e-mail in .jpg, .tiff, or .ai file formats.

For orders of at least 5000 units, we can also provide you with custom-designed packaging, printing your logo or company name on your product package. We are prepared to receive your packaging graphics by e-mail in .ai, .eps, .tiff, or CorelDraw format (@ 300 dpi).

Q: How can I place an order?

Please submit your purchase order by e-mail or fax (click here for contact information). The following information is necessary to process your order quickly and accurately:

  • Shipping Details: Contact Name, Company Name, Postal Address, Phone Number, Fax Number, Destination Airport of Seaport, Desired Transportation Method (Courier, Air, or Ocean Container)
  • Product Information - Model Numbers, Quantity, Unit Price
  • Desired Delivery Time
  • Freight Payment (Collect or Prepaid)
  • Any Local Contact Details (in China or Hong Kong)

Q:Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes! We can arrange for the transportation of your order by sea, air or courier transportation.

Q:How can the products be sent to us?

Shipping method is usually dependent upon order quantity and weight. For smaller quantities or weights less than 20 kg, orders are usually sent usually by courier. For orders from 20 to 500 kg, we find that air delivery to your nearby airport is both efficient and cost-effective. For larger quantities or weights, we recommend shipment by ocean container. However, the shipping method is ultimately your choice, we will work with you to accomodate your specific requirements.

Q:What type of payment do you accept for my order?

While we usually require payment in the form of Wire transfer ( T/T ), in certain situations, we offer the following additional payment options:

  1. Western Union payment, (Available only for Urgent and Time-Critical orders)
  2. L/C payment for bulk order, (Dependent upon the order status)
  3. All major Credit Cards, Paypal payment(Always available for loyal/regular customers, new customers please contact us to inquire about this option)

Q:How can I find out about your new products?

Q:Is there a minimum purchase quantity?

In order to offer you products at such a low wholesale cost per unit, we usually require a minimum purchase of at least $1000 USD of products. However, please contact us if you have any questions about your desired order.

Q:Do your products have a Warranty?

All of our products include a warranty of 6 months to 12 months (actual warranty period depends on the specific product). We will provide free replacements for any products proven to be defective while under warranty.

Q:How can I become a TOP Microfiber Distributor?

To be eligible to earn commissions as a TOP Microfiber Distributor in your city or region, you must achieve a minimum sales of $5,000 to $20,000 USD per month. If you can achieve sales of at least $30,000 USD per month, you will be eligible for significantly greater commissions as a TOP Microfiber National Distributor.

Q: How can you guarantee that we will receive our order after submitting down payment?

We have been around for almost 15 years and we take your business and satisfaction very seriously. As soon as you place your order and make the required partial payment, we begin production immediately to make sure you receive every item you order by the promised delivery date. Furthermore, we stand behind our satisfaction guarantee to promptly replace any damaged or defective items at no additional cost.

Q: Do you offer custom embroidery on the products?

Yes, we do offer custom embroidery on any of our cloth products, for example, you can have your logo or brand name embroidered on the products you order. To find out more about custom embroidery on eligible products, please contact us today.

Q: How do you handle defective products?

If for any reason you should receive any defective or damaged goods, we will promptly replace them at no additional cost after they are returned to our Hong Kong office.

Q: What is your standard delivery time for different products?

For all but the largest of orders, standard delivery time takes an average of 15-35 days for high-quality manufacturing and shipping. Specific delivery time for your order depends on the quantity and type of items required. Please contact us for a free delivery time estimate.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we're happy to offer discounts for bulk orders. The larger your order will be, the greater the discount that we can offer you.

Q: How will you ship my order and can I track of my order?

Goods will be delivered through our reputable shipping partners like Fedex and UPS and you can track your order from the day it's shipped. Delivery time of your order depends on the quantity of items ordered and will be specified on each individual transaction.

Q: I'm concerned about paying 100% up front, do you offer any buyer-safe payment options?

We understand your situation and actually, we prefer to share your risk by requiring only a 50% deposit in advance and then you pay the remaining balance after you receive the freight container booking confirmation.

Q: Do you have a regional office in the North America or Europe that we can contact?

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we don’t yet have offices outside of China. However, we are planning to set up offices globally over the next few years.
